Tamnavulin is an approachable, fruit-forward Speyside single malt Scotch whisky known for being sweet, smooth, and budget-friendly. Its name is Gaelic for "mill on the hill," reflecting the 16th-century wool mill where the distillery was built.

Location: Founded in 1966 in the village of Tomnavoulin along the River Livet in Scotland's Speyside region.

History: Built during the 1960s whisky boom to supply malt for blended scotches. It was closed in 1995, modernized, and reopened in 2007, shifting focus to single malts.
