We love tortang talong (fried eggplant fritter) but it's difficult to cook in a fast food-style restaurant. We did some experiments and made our version that's shaped into a delicious disc that works well with rice and in a sandwich.
Comes with our TT (Tortang Talong) sauce, which is a delicious mix of bagoong, honey, and other secret ingredients.
